Down on Skid Row, flower shop clerk Seymour Krelborn discovers an exotic plant with an unusual appetite, and an even more unusual voice. As "Audrey II" grows, so does Seymour's fame, his chance with the girl he loves, and the price he'll have to pay.
With music by Alan Menken and book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, this doo-wop, rock 'n' roll spoof of 1950s sci-fi is wickedly funny, surprisingly sweet, and packed with songs you'll hum all the way home, from "Suddenly Seymour" to "Skid Row."
